Extreme Off Road has really bad customer service
Derailleur housing broke within a short time but was still under warranty. I sent a photo and they told me to send it back for an exchange. So I paid the postage for the return and then they said they wouldn't cover the warranty because the photos showed the car had a body lift. But they already knew from the photos included in the first email that he had a body lift. If they were concerned about the elevator, don't lie about it being closed and then change your story.
