Review on IXIASOFT DITA CCMS by James Cypert

It's very easy to use with good documentation and support team available 24/7. I have never faced any technical issue during my 1 year of using this tool as well as project implementation process is smooth than other tools out there which helps me save time while implementing new features or fixes existing issues. Nothing much i would like to mention here about it but one thing that comes into mind after working some more days will be its better if you can customize your own custom dashboard look & feel instead of having same old design we do get from others similar product. Good option when looking at open source solution otherwise going closed sourced seems costly for us given our budget constraints so far not found anything else negative too share just yet. Its worth giving try once before moving ahead. Project management, bug tracking etc are major areas where dita cms came handy along side JIRA integration.
