Amazing necklace and by far my favorite of the many crosses I've tried. The cross itself is beautifully crafted and does not fade, retaining its brilliance even after a year. The chain doesn't break, I play baseball and slipped on it a couple of times. The chain can gradually fade to a stainless steel color after about 5 months (maybe later but I sweat a lot from baseball and have worn it a lot in the shower and in the sea). Update: I ordered a new one because I gave the old one away and took it well before showering or in the water and the chain still retains its shiny gold color after a year! Be sure to buy this necklace. Unbeatable, especially for the price. Note: Take it off before bed as you can toss and bend the clasp that attaches the cross to the chain.
