Okay, first off, let me say that the chassis seems good overall. I would never buy this again: 1. It comes without instructions2. They offer terrible screen protection. It's so scratched I saw a big scratch on the front but as I will be with my grandkids for the holidays I needed it. Once the entire tread was covered with small scratches. b. It has two adhesive strips that are used to keep fingerprints off of it. Well, it's impossible to remove the glue from the surface once. See pic 2. Using the tiny cloth they provided only made things worse. After re-reading the description, I realized that you know this is a problem and you act like you're doing us a favor by providing a free screen protector. My advice: 1. don't offer at all 2. offer decently and raise the price 3. offer an upgrade option so buyers pay more attention and at least have a choice. Yes, I could buy another one myself. But to be honest I trusted you as a source for quality materials. My BIG MISTAKE.
