Review on 👜 MOSISO 17-17.3 inch Laptop Tote Bag in Space Gray with Front Trapezoid Pocket by Michael Thaxton

The laptop looks good and the case itself seems to be of good quality for the price. The problem we had was the handle broke at the seam after my wife had used it for two months. Nothing crazy, she just used the handles as handles and they fell apart completely. I contacted the company regarding this but never received a response more disappointing than the actual defect. UPDATE - 10/23/2020: After writing this review the company contacted me with a replacement offer, check once I receive the replacement how it has held up. UPDATE - 10/30/2020: The company sent my wife a replacement laptop bag. I am adjusting and replacing the review due to their customer service. Will be updated again if it suffers the same fate as the previous one.
