Over the past few years I've experimented with dozens of different switches while delving into the mechanical keyboard hobby including Gateron Reds, Blues, JWK Pale yellow, oiled yellow ruffles, white boxes and jade boxes. These are by far the smoothest of any switch I've used since the beginning. The factory lube has been fine with me, I've seen some people complain of inconsistent application, but in my experience that's not the case. I think they will stay in my GMMK Pro for some time if not forever.
