Review on 🔌 4-in-1 USB C Hub Adapter CLDAY with 4K HDMI VGA, USB 3.0 OTG, Charging PD Port - Compatible with MacBook Pro, Dell XPS, Samsung Galaxy by Tony Kingdom

I've used several of these USB-C to HDMI adapters and this is the best I've found. Here are my biggest takeaways after using it: 1) It works well - that's the most important thing of course. I've used it with both computer monitors and TVs and it just always works. 2) DEX works without external power supply. Most other adapters I've used require an external power supply to run the DEX. This works for both HDMI and VGA without an external power supply. This is ideal for presentations where you don't want to mess with the power connector. Obviously this drains your phone's battery more, but for presentations it's a lot easier than plugging in the power. 3) The DEX works well with both HDMI and VGA, which should cover basically anything you'd ever want to connect it to. And as I mentioned above, both work for DEX without connecting an external power supply. 4) The USB 3 port works as expected and powers a 4 port USB hub which I use when I need additional ports. I haven't tested exactly how much power it will deliver to the USB 3 port, but it will power everything I use. 5) I've mentioned several times that the DEX doesn't require an external power supply, which is very important to me, but it also charges the phone well if you plug in an external power supply (to the USB port). I get about 1A charge rate when using DEX when an external power supply is connected. It doesn't appear to support fast charging, but I've yet to find one of these adapters that does, so that's not a disadvantage. The bottom line is that it charges my phone for a reasonable price when using DEX, which is all I care about. 6) It's smaller than other adapters I've used and with connectors on both ends of the device, it holds up well for its size. 7) It seems to have really good build quality and doesn't get hot at all. I also have another CLDAY adapter and both are equally good quality so overall I have confidence in the brand. It's always hard to tell what you're getting when you order these great value adapters from Revain, so it's nice to find a brand that has good products. I would definitely buy again. Very happy to finally find one of these adapters that doesn't require power when using DEX! The only others that support DEX without power don't support charging and this one does both so this is the only adapter I would recommend to anyone else at the moment.
