This is the BEST purchase I have ever made. I have suffered from insomnia for many years and have never been successfully treated. Also with numerous medical prescriptions and medicines. Nothing succeeded! I also have RLS (Restless Legs Syndrome). I thought I'd try this blanket as it's "weighted" and when my nerves hurt in my legs and I can't sleep for many reasons I always need weight on my legs and body. This product is not advertised for RLS but is an absolute must! I had a blanket for three days and practically slept in a coma! This is the strongest and best sleep of my life. And the soothing weight on my legs and boy just soothes those RLS symptoms and puts me to sleep! It's hard to describe the feeling of peace and comfort once you put it on your body. I actually ordered a 15lb blanket for my weight and height because I needed the extra weight just in case. I decided to order a second one in case I have an emergency and need even more leg weight. This product is phenomenal to say the least!
