When I first took these things out of the box I honestly didn't think they would fit me. They looked so tiny, especially from the front. I don't usually like it when my panties are too tight so I would suggest ordering a size up. I have a small frame and only weigh 110 pounds so the small size wasn't too small but I would like to go bigger. The step is very small. So if you want this area to be completely covered, be sure to increase the size!
