Review on SugarCRM Survey Rocket by Bryan Moon

I’ve used other survey platforms before, and was disappointed with the level of engagement I got back from them. With Survey Rocket, however, I’m getting answers from my customers that I never thought possible. Our response rate has gone way up since implementing the system, and we get incredible detail on the feedback we receive. It takes the headache out of survey creation, making sure you get accurate responses. And the fact that they integrate directly into Salesforce means we can tie the data to actual sales opportunities. The toolset allows us to personalize surveys to meet the unique needs of our customers, so the surveys are super relevant to our business. Overall, I’d say it’s worth every penny!
