My purpose for these rings was to use them to hold a string of LEDs on the front of my DJ. The idea was good in theory and they did a great job. But it took too long to pull the light thread through the rings and back. So not about this idea. But that's not what they're designed for in the first place. Hanging picture frames are more than what they were designed for. Or maybe as anchor points for hanging ropes etc. I don't know, the possibilities are endless. The construction is of excellent quality and will hold most frames on hooks on the wall. But I'm still confused. I still don't understand the purpose of the lens tissues. what happened to it
