Review on 🛏️ Manhattan Comfort Rockefeller Mid-Century Modern 1 Drawer Nightstand, 20.08", Brown, for Bedroom Décor by Jordan Gonzales

I have had no luck with this Manhattan Comfort company, their customer service sucks and their products are overpriced. I had to buy it from three different manufacturers to get it whole and undamaged. I'll spare you all the details but I also had to contact Amazon customer service about this item as it arrived damaged. The box was fine, the items inside were damaged. And there was a bunch of huge scratches on what was supposed to be the top of this table, so it would be impossible to hide even if I wanted to. So I had to repackage everything and send it back. then wait for another replacement to arrive. I contacted Manhattan Comfort to let them know about the error as someone in QA obviously didn't care if they shipped it with such damage and didn't notice. simply crazy! Your customer service was not good. generally SATISFACTORY. I've had some issues with them before, including in the last few months, but they weren't ordered through Revain so I won't go into detail. All I can say is the quality is so-so. These items take a long time to assemble, so you MUST be patient in this regard. I think they are quite hard, of course I'm afraid to touch them so as not to scratch the chipboard. They are ok but way overpriced. When I first bought a product from them I had the impression that it was delivered whole and as such. had no idea they were the type to put together. partly because of the high price. Personally, I won't buy anything there again. I have a bedside table, the same end table and the same dresser. and I hope they stay in good shape for many years to come. But for that much money I would rather buy real wood furniture. I saved myself the hassle of assembling it and having to call them. They are TERRIBLE at getting back to you when you email them! I would advise against purchasing this item
