I ordered size Small. They are advertised as 39.55". But, I measured, and they were barely 37". They were way too short on me. I'm 5/7" and 125 lbs. The pant leg was tapered, as well. I wanted these to be a straight trouser leg. They just took the design of the jogger and removed the bottom cuff. They didn't change the design so that it became a true trouser leg. Also, the crotch to waist measurement should be no more than 10". These were at least 12" or more. So, there is way too much room and it makes them uncomfortable. The material on the inside and out seemed to be okay. I liked quality of the waist tie. I returned these, and the company issued a prompt refund.
