Excellent customer service.I bought the Storm DP to use in my detached 30' x 50' garage/workshop. Since the building was a little larger than what the Storm was built to dehumidify it took 2 days to get the initial humidity level down to 50%. Once there it has maintained the humidity level easily cycling on and off as needed. About 3 months in the unit quit working. I called and was put through to Gio. He was very willing to help and had me check a couple of things. Since I consider myself pretty handy he sent me a video on how to replace the fuse that is on the inside of the machine on the mother board. Once replaced with the extra fuse that came with the unit, it fired right up. I was a little disappointed with having an issue so soon after purchasing the unit but we do have some power issues in our region so that very may have caused the fuse to blow.
