The top external zippered pocket is poorly designed. The zipper goes under the outer fabric, so the zipper puller can slip and be difficult to grab. In my case, the zipper slipped down and didn't come out again. I had my laptop charger in this bag on a recent business trip so I had to unzip it to get the charger. The design of the bag is otherwise fine but mine is now ruined as I can't close it. this bag (it sags showing the light turquoise lining which looks unprofessional). I think it will be decent value for money if you never expect to use this bag. (Actually, I would recommend intentionally tucking the zipper under the outer fabric to effectively disable the pocket.)
