Nice bag, I wish there were a few changes, although the brand

I've been wearing this backpack every day since I've had it, so it's been about 1.5 months now. I've been very happy with it so far. And I carry my bag with me everywhere, every day. I don't have a reliable vehicle to leave like many do, so it's taken and carried everywhere, be it shopping or photography. The bag itself is comfortable to carry and the padding on the shoulder straps is excellent. Haven't used the hip belt yet so it's nice to be able to stash it in my bag. The inner lining is good, I'm not worried about my camera being damaged from daily wear and use. Velcro dividers are good and hold their place. Laptop Compartment - I don't carry a laptop with me so it has never been used and is just too bulky for me. Honestly, I'd love to see a version of this pack without it. The zippers make a good impression so far. The laptop and camera compartments have dual zippers that meet in the middle, allowing for quick access from either the right or left side without having to open the entire bag and potentially spilling your gear. My main gripe with the 2 small compartments on the back of the bag is that you only have a zipper on those 2 so you have to open the entire compartment to gain access. Very annoying. External straps and buckles appear to be of decent quality so far. But I do wish the buckled side straps were detachable or at least had a pocket to stow them in like a waist belt. I prefer packs with the lowest score, which can make you obsess over brushes or whatever. I know they need to be there to secure the tripod, I just wish you could put them out of the way when you don't need the tripod. So finally. Great bag for the price, not perfect but I don't think a bag is or ever will be perfect for every end user. My 3 complaints - I wish there was a version without a laptop compartment - I wish the external buckles and straps were removable or had a place to hide them. - and 2 small outer compartments have single zippers, actually they should be double for easy access.

Pros
  • of the Endurax camera backpack was changed to ENDURAX on March 8, 2019 due to the TUBU trademark registration issue in the US. With the exception of a few minor upgrades (listed in the detailed description below), the entire camera backpack is of exactly the same quality as before the brand change.
Cons
  • Not as thick as others
