The rope broke when I set it up with little or no pressure. And the mouse toy immediately broke off. I would expect at least a basic level of quality, but that's bad. My cat loves to climb on it. I'll probably return it unless I can easily send a replacement. ------ ----- Update, this thing is getting bigger as my cat gets bigger and customer service wants a photo and a whole rig even when asking to replace the simplest part. And if you've already thrown away the broken part and can't take a picture, you're out of luck. I do not recommend this brand or this product.
