Update: the company responded on August 17th and offered to send a replacement but they stopped responding after I confirmed their address . I haven't received a replacement yet either. I bought two to start with: one for our living room and one for the family room. We've been using it since day one with no problems and I loved it! We then checked the second one and it was leaking like crazy under the tray. There were no visible holes or anything, so I suspect it's leaking through the silicone itself when heated. I tried to contact the company through their website but got no response. These are expensive candle warmers and these types of bugs need to be tested and fixed. All the branding to have something that is "easy to clean” and then the same product has a leak problem. It does not make sense. Go back to the drawing board and fix this product because it's defective and cheaply made. I'm disappointed that I spent over a hundred dollars on products that don't work as advertised.
