The best thing about mytours was their customer support team! They were always very helpful with any questions I may have had throughout our entire relationship (which lasted more than half of one year). Their rates seemed reasonable given all they offered in terms what services could be used as well how much time would take if there's an issue during implementation phase etc., but when i signed up initially only 3 months before launch date - everything went downhill really fast :/ We wanted them do develop app specifically tailored towards us so far no issues at this point though just waiting patiently until next update which should bring some improvements :) Hoping by then will get better feedbacks regarding development process since everyone has different expectations here & requirements too. Also looking forward once new features come out hopefully pricing structure might change accordingly also hoping its not going higher now ;) App looks great overall good job done! Would recommend trying.
