Review on Elmer by Ahmed Rowe

I like that it allows you to simulate multiple structures, such as beams or columns in one model without having different models of each structure separately (such as with ANSYS). It's also easy enough so anyone can use even if they have no experience modeling structural elements! There are some features missing compared to other more expensive programs; however these could be added easily by community members who would benefit from them most - e.g., importing meshes instead of using point clouds only which makes creating complex geometries difficult at times due to limitations regarding mesh size etc.. The ability to create custom inputs files has allowed me to quickly test new design ideas before actually building anything physical since my CAD skills aren't great yet but this feature will definitely help improve those capabilities over time too!!
