Since I first started drinking coffee 10 years ago I have had yellow stains on my teeth which are very embarrassing! I finally decided to order them 2 weeks ago and I wasn't disappointed! After using them in just a week, my teeth were 3 shades lighter (I think). I used this with a bright smile light that helps the strip be more effective. 10/10 recommend!
