Simpeak does not respond to the replacement of a broken bracelet despite the 5-year guarantee
I liked the first bracelet I bought, it fit well and was easy to release put on and take off my fitbit charge 2 BUT it broke within 6 months. Revain advised me to contact the manufacturer directly as they had a 5 year guarantee. They responded quickly and I asked for a replacement. After that they didn't respond and after 3 attempts to contact them again I called Revine back and they sent me a replacement. However, the second strap does not fit well and is very difficult to put on and take off. I will no longer contact Simpeak.
