I'm very picky about my wallets and the prospect of finding a replacement for my favorite battered wallet scared me, to say the least. Due to very limited selection at local stores I started my online search to find the perfect replacement and found a wonderful Nautica wallet! I gave this wallet five stars because it is very well made and durable. The zippers and buttons feel solid and not poor quality. The zip pocket offers enough space for credit or gift cards. A paper money pocket and a separate zippered coin compartment keep your cash organized and easily accessible. The external locking area is designed for quick access to your most used cards or ID. In terms of gifting, I would definitely buy this wallet for a friend or loved one, unless they are people who are so attached to their old wallet that they have to compulsively look for a new one of their own. If so, you should tell them that I highly recommend this Nautica wallet and ask them to review it for themselves first. I wasn't bothered by the RFID capabilities of this wallet, but now that I've read about a new technology that allows criminals to "read" credit card information remotely, the RFID-blocking material in the wallet gives me peace of mind when traveling or visit crowded places. This wallet has definitely become my new favorite and I encourage anyone who needs a new one to check it out!
