Good, but missing parts

I needed a Jewelery organizer for my wall in my dorm room. It has loops on the back so it can be hung up with command hooks/without screws which is good. It’s decent quality and looks nice, but there were no hooks for the bar to rest on. I have to either ditch the bar or find hooks to fit it.
