Green and purple color dissolves.
They were a little difficult to close and open because mine was so tight. The reason I give this 3 stars is because the green and purple (which I wanted the most, I bought two sets) are colored and the color came off within a day of wearing. Not sure about dark blue as I haven't tried it, but all other colors are fine.
