The liner of the helmet is very thin and fastened with velcro so my baby takes it off. There's no reason not to permanently attach it. It is also not comfortable to wear. The chin strap must be tight to prevent it from falling to one side, and even with the chin strap tight, it will still wobble. The only reason I didn't give a star is because it's a good design. I hope it fits better with age.
