I have a Galaxy S7 model number SM'G930V and I ordered this charger. Although I was able to use the car adapter, I cannot use the cable. The micro USB end is slightly larger than the micro USB end on my cable (which wears out). I tried to connect my phone to it but it won't connect to my phone's charging port. I brought it to my existing charging cable and saw a tiny difference in size, maybe 1mm or less. I chose not to force it and didn't return it as I don't know (yet) why it's different or it was my fault. I'm not sure if there are different sizes of micro USB. I thought that was standardized.
