I liked the color and size of the bag. There were only a few design options that I didn't like. It's personal preference, but I find it odd to only have one pen. I unconsciously kept searching for the second pen, which wasn't there when I picked it up. The pocket on the side seemed pretty useless to me. I don't find it "easier" to access than the main compartment. On the front there was an inner pocket with a zipper. Every bag I've ever owned has had an internal zippered pocket on the back of the bag. I thought I could get over this, but I realized that I usually put my phone in there and don't feel it vibrate when pressed against the front of the case. I ended up sending it back, but I'm happy with my other haiku. duffel bag.
