Review on ๐Ÿฑ Enhance Safety with Red Dingo Reflective Cat Collar โ€“ Available in One Size Fits All by Lisa Golden

Losing a kitten is harder than most. Good quality.

One of my cats is obsessed with removing the detachable collars. Once he found it was possible, he didn't wear it for more than a day or two, which pretty much defeated the point of wearing a collar. I bought it as a trial run and I think it lasted at least a year. In the last few days he has started filming again. Eventually the thinnest part of the plastic clasp broke before the clasp popped open but given how long it lasted compared to other collars I just bought a second one. Reflective fish are really effective. I remove the bell and add a metal/enamel tag with my phone numbers on it. My cats are 95% indoors, but sometimes we go out on the patio together. In the event of an accident or disaster, I feel better knowing that they can be identified even if no one has bothered to check the microchip and that a neighbor won't mistake them for homeless people when they come out . This is a great strong collar that won't wear down badly from constant scratching and seems to last longer than other collars with other clasps. The reflective material is cute and effective. I have to say though, given how flimsy the plastic is on the part that ended up breaking, I'm surprised it didn't break sooner! I would be interested to know if they consider making a version with a metal zip pull. You want the tear off tab to detach when needed, but not so easily that a cat can just rip it off. However, I'm a little concerned that the plastic broke before the clasp was released for the last time.
