I had to laugh when I saw these ointment applicators. But then I thought it might not be such a bad idea. There were times when I had to rub ointment on a family member, but I didn't want to put ointment on my hands and didn't have gloves. This will completely solve this problem. I work in veterinary medicine and think I'll stash one in my office. Sometimes I had to apply a cream or ointment to a large area, which was difficult even with gloves on. Using a tongue depressor works but isn't the best. Since they're silicone and have a large surface area, I should find the job easier. That's why I don't want to share the spatula - I'll never get it back. I think they would be a great addition to a baby shower hamper.
