Fantastic value and flawless performance!
Okay, it's early days but first impressions of this lens are fantastic! Everything I've read and seen online seems correct. It's a well-built, responsive lens that focuses quickly. I also have a Sony 24-105 f/4 and it's very comparable in all forms. Of course, where the Sigma takes the lead is in low light. I mostly take photos and very little video with my a9 so I really can't comment on that, but the clarity and detail with the Sigma is still great! Currently . . .don't forget this is literally half the price of Sony 24-70! Take the extra money and a second lens!
