I have eczema, fungal acne and acne prone. Before pregnancy I used a salicylic acid BHA toner to keep my face clear. Salicylic acid shouldn't be used during pregnancy, so I switched to this product after watching videos from dermatologists. It definitely stings/burns at first and when you use more than one pump at a time. I noticed some improvement with just one pump but still got huge white heads. Since using two pumps my face has become much clearer, closer to what it was before pregnancy. It gets more obvious with two pumps, but after that my face burns.
