I like that it allows for multiple managers with different roles within organization but also having same view of info from employee directory helps organize as well, all is pretty nice! There's nothing i hate about this program yet so far no complaints at least till now! Good solution if you want flexibility since its cloud-based software which gives employees access even outside office (using mobile devices). Allows centralized administration via portal - HRMS has benefits when time comes we need more resources or additional support staff needed then can easily expand without hiring whole new department by just sending out word "expand" The system is user friendly, easy to navigate and understand. It is good for both new users as well as experienced users. There is not much to dislike about it. I have used other HRMS products from other companies and they were difficult to use. This one was very user friendly. It is a great product that will help you manage your employees efficiently. It helps me keep track of employee information such as payroll data, attendance, etc.
