Revainrating 5 out of 5

A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.

Benefits continue: Depending on whether you're sitting, walking, running, or taking a trip, a convenient app can automatically modify the noise reduction settings. I switched to manual mode since I want to walk as fast as she does (she considers taking the bus to be the same as walking). 8. a touchpad and controls that are both easy to use (play/pause and track selection on the right earbud, mode switching on the left) This feature is helpful for hearing the subway stop announcement or telling the cashier that you don't need that package (by pressing and holding the left touch, pausing the music and focusing on the voice and the environment). The headphones have a number of drawbacks, yet ultimately they are unrivaled because there are no other TWR headphones that also feature ANC. You'll just have to accept the fact that, for the time being at least, technology hasn't advanced enough to make them tiny, resilient, and with good sound. There will have to be some kind of give and take. It is unclear when (end of 2022) or what Bose's twr earbuds 700 with ANC will actually be released, but they have been announced. Personally, I think it's best to just get it and start using it right away because waiting for something has no evident benefits and could take a long time. So, at that price - at me, for 10 grand, they abandoned ship. I give it a 12 out of 10 for the price. If you're a city dweller who values quiet and privacy but despises bulky "cheburashki" (traditional Russian earplugs), this is an absolute must-have. Plus or negative, they play just like my friend's Xiaomi plugs for 1.5, thus it's unlikely that they'll satisfy a sonic aficionado. There are drawbacks for this amount of money, therefore I'd recommend searching elsewhere if money is tight. Buying this could leave you feeling let down. After two weeks with Sony, I reconsidered selling them and am now open to trying EiPods. I wear it to the gym, when I walk out without a bag to talk on the phone, and whenever I want to give my ears and head a break.

Pros
  • Want an alternative to Apple's AirPods? Keep reading. The poor sound quality and the absence of active noise reduction are my primary issues with the AirPods. I've been seeking for a substitute for them for a while, but until today, there wasn't anything else available in the TWR format that was suitable for my needs, which include commuting by subway and bus, working in an open workplace, exercising, and returning home. As I haven't been a teenager for quite some time, I found the idea of carrying around bulky "cheburashki" to be cumbersome and unappealing. What I choose wasn't at all arbitrary. Since headphones are so personal, I recommend coming in to the store to try on a variety of models and listen to them in person before making a final decision. Why are there benefits? The headphones and carrying case are aesthetically pleasing and luxurious, thanks to the combination of black and gold, a sophisticated Sony logo, and pleasant soft-touch plastic. These sound better than AirPods, with balanced mids and crisp highs and decent bass that can be improved with an equalizer. 3. a collection of six replaceable ear cushions; the standard M size was perfect for me, but I'm not sure why there's also a smaller SS size — perhaps it's meant for children? — and I think a size in between M and L would be preferable. Unlike the Sennheiser Momentum headphones, which I also tried and found to be uncomfortable after only 15 minutes due to having to be screwed into my ears like plugs, they sit snugly in your ear canals. They're quite awkward to wear, but they do sound amazing. You are safe to go about your business during the one to two hours that I am not actively shooting. 4. I charge the case once a week; the eyes have a battery life of 6-8 hours. 5. Some reviewers, including bloggers, have claimed falsely that the headphones' lights never stop flashing, like an airplane approaching the runway. When placed in one's ear canals, the diodes do not glow; perhaps the firmware has to be updated. Sixth, I didn't experience any disconnections when walking or riding the subway, and the sound quality of the bluetooth connection is top-notch (I've adjusted it such that sound quality is the default).
Cons
  • The headphones are a bit too large for my ears; I didn't give myself any funny glances while wearing them, but after a few hours of listening, I started to feel some discomfort. only extra-comfortable foam ear plugs should be considered. You can hear your own breathing, so you'll need to get used to the in-ear ears. heartbeat, his heel-to-toe steps are jackhammered right out of his skull. 2. the case is significantly larger than the AirPods case, by a factor of 2. It's true that you can get up to 24 hours of playback from a single charge, as the headphones can be charged three times, but that's just too much for me. For the purpose of volume, I agree that it should be charged more frequently. In theory, this is OK if you have a backpack or bag, but it's not really practical to keep it in your jeans or jacket pocket. Thirdly, the audio quality is still subpar; at this price point, you should expect better. Additionally, there is a peculiar occurrence where the equalizer and DSEE sound enhancer both activate simultaneously. You can't work out in the gym because your headphones are too huge, and because your ears will sweat inside them if you do any kind of activity that requires you to move around a lot. 5. The case's charge indicator is inconvenient; it goes dark once the device is fully charged. If not, a red light will appear. It's a mystery whether there are 1% or 99%. It's unclear why a blue diode wasn't placed there to serve as an intermediate charge indication.
