I think I was missing a clothes rail from the box to help where the anchors are placed in the wall; but I could only measure a few inches on the board and then figure it out myself pretty easily. The hardest part was putting on the gold caps that covered the screw to hide it. While spinning, press firmly with your thumb and keep spinning until it won't stop spinning. Overall the perfect size for this space and exactly what I wanted.
