Review on RuffleButts Little Girls Princess Petti Girls' Clothing in Dresses by Brian Tompkins

The dress was packed in a plastic bag. There were millions of pleats on the three tiers of the skirt. It was disappointing. It couldn't be ironed and I used a steam iron to no great effect. It was a cute little change of dress. In my opinion the dress should have been more carefully wrapped in several layers of tissue paper and shipped in a box.
