Absolute bullshit device and I know I've seen a lot of reviews saying the same thing. They have a very real mating problem. Not only with my cell phone, but also with two headphones. I have to keep restarting this device as it frequently disconnects from my Pixel 4XL. For the first few days when I received this device, it paired correctly; The sound quality just wasn't there. Very quiet headphones. Another thing they could do would be something like a pass or in and out. It's just not right. Bad design and quality.
