They seem to work very well! In the winter I wear boots to work and put them on when I get there, put them on when I get to work, and put them on when I leave. I always smell my feet when I change my shoes, but as soon as I put them in my shoes I don't smell anything anymore. helped keep the smell to a minimum after I cooked it. When I used to cook broccoli I would come home the next day and still smell it, but now the smell is much more minimal. I will say if you have shoes that already have a strong foot odor, then this is of no benefit. work to get rid of it. It's more for prevention.
