My 2 year old daughter finds this ladder very easy to use and even goes to the bathroom by herself. It has small traction marks that help with gliding. The size is perfect for climbing on the toilet. It's probably too short for a 2 year old to use in a sink. It is too heavy for a small child to move easily. It's awkward. The best place where it can be permanent (e.g. a children's pool). One of the steps was dirty upon arrival. I believe it can be cleaned but I didn't take the time to wash it with soap. I rinsed it off with water and the stain was only partially gone. In general the quality is good. That's nice. I bought several folding stools (with one step) for other bathrooms. I prefer this. I'll probably buy a second one for our basement.
