I bought this dress for my 7 year old girl who is her normal size 10. It fits her and looks cute, but she definitely has room to grow. Her only complaint was that she was wearing a blouse over it. Fits more like 12. It's not too transparent and has built in compensation. It's light and comfortable, but not breathable. Things can get hot in Florida in the heat. I also, after reading other reviews about how big it is, decided to order a size 14 hoping I could get away with the fitting. I usually wear a women's dress in size S/4 with a cup size of 32C. It fits perfectly. A bit short for me at 5ft 6in. But there's nothing I can't get away from. All of this suggests that we now have dresses for mom's daughters!
