I sleep with wrist rests on especially my right hand. Even though I'm left-handed, I type with my right hand for hours every day. When it's cold at night, people tend to bend their wrists to keep warm. It's neat and tight. I couldn't use it for everyday tasks. But it's great for sleeping. Not too loose, not too tight, but not too thick either. An ounce of prevention. Anyone who uses a keyboard can benefit from the ProFlex wrist brace. I prefer the 4020 for computer work and other tasks. I have used many wrist wraps from local pharmacies and online. Nothing compares to their lineage.
