After two months of use (used once a week) one of the two bags started to separate from the handle of the bag material. I bought this product primarily to protect groceries from freezing in Minnesota during the winter months when I was walking home from the store. They were also used for frozen and chilled foods. The pockets worked well until one of the two pockets failed. Other thoughts: The pockets seem to be too big for groceries. When using bags to carry groceries, groceries should fill the bottom of the bag to prevent them from shifting a lot during use. Just think, the product is wrinkled because it's lying around in the bag. But when you fill the bag, it weighs more than it seems designed to hold (and also weighs more than is comfortable to carry). So the "home message” is that for this bag, bigger isn't better. Personally I would recommend a more durable bag that is both more durable than this and about 2/3-3/4 sizes. What is it. The zippered and padded pockets they replaced lasted over five years with weekly use. So with only 2 months use on 1 bag I obviously can't recommend you to buy it.
