Review on Gilden Water-Resistant Oilskin Leather Ladies Watch Strap - 10-14mm MSW63 by Stacey Taylor

Bought this for my 84 year old roommate. We installed it on her watch and she wore it all day. Despite wearing it all day, the strap never softened once. The second morning when she went to put it on, the top part of one of the straps that the connector goes through was completely torn. She is 84 years old. She's not rude. The fact that it broke so easily annoyed her so much that she threw it away. Very frustrating. I've never had a leather or leather strap that hasn't softened after a few hours of wear.
