Strengthening and brightening!
Now I have three eye creams in my makeup bag and none of them have helped me get rid of bags under my eyes. I saw this and thought the price was right so I bought it hoping it would do something to my eyes. WOW. I wasn't ready. Immediately after application I felt a pleasant feeling of elasticity. The very next day my eyes were brighter and the bags under the eyes were less noticeable. An app has made more than dozens of other products. Please note that as it is very firming I would recommend alternating use with another eye moisturizer.
