Bad customer service! Buyer Warning!
I checked each strand before pinning it to my child's bedroom wall. The adhesion is very strong and I knew if I had to remove it it would mean peeling the paint off the walls. Everything seemed fine. After I installed everything, some strands stopped working on certain colors. We wrote to the company but no reply. Now I can't even return the product without damaging the walls. Also IR for the remote control via a very short cable. So if you intend to hide the "plug" behind a dresser or something, the remote won't work. You need a good rating.
