Bought this to relax my right quadriceps which were too tight while cycling down the freeway which was causing tendons to tear in the outer knee. A 6 inch inflatable ball I bought from Fitter 1st years ago started to leak and looked like a good replacement from Revain. It's softer than my old ball when fully inflated and is best for launching in tight spots where a stiffer ball would hurt or for scanning hard-to-reach areas. I am very impressed with the quality and design of this product as well as the cool packaging and have ordered the Rod, Helix and Atom to complete my myo release kit. I'm hoping to save $1,000 a year or more on massage therapy with these tools. Discovering the usefulness of these types of muscle relaxation tools has opened up leg muscles that for years have been overly tight and not relaxed enough when stretched.
