Update: While I was looking for another bag for my wife to replace, the seller contacted us and surprised us with a brand new bag to replace the broken handles. It was nice to know that they are actively listening to customer feedback, addressing customer concerns and making sure the overall purchase is a positive one. While it may take time to fully design and manufacture pens that last longer, it's good to see a seller focused on continuous product improvement, customer service, and overall customer value and experience. You definitely have a regular customer of ours! PS My wife says THANK YOU for the new bag and wants to know if you ever plan to make another bag in a smaller size. She loves the style of this bag and is looking for something for her personal weekend use! ------------------ I bought this for my wife in April 2016 while she was on the bus. 1 hour before work. The bag is great for her as it holds everything she needs: laptop, phone, cosmetics and other essentials. She liked the bag very much and was happy with it. The only reason I'm not rating this a 5 is that the bag has only been used 6-8 months and the stitching on the handle has ripped and is about to tear. Now I have to buy her a new bag as the straps don't hold up and it's 10 months old.
