It allows us to make complex diagrams with ease. However, I wish the support was better. Sometimes we have trouble getting a response, even though we’re on the email list. Some functions could be made a little more user friendly, such as linking to external data sources (e.g., if we want to link to another piece of software) or adding an option to select multiple nodes and then clicking "connect” (as opposed to having to drag each node into place). One thing missing from this tool is some kind of visual representation/organization of relationships between components within your model. For example, imagine you have 3 tables linked together – 1 table has 2 fields; one field references another table, which contains only one field referencing yet another table…it would be very helpful to see these connections represented visually instead of just seeing them written down somewhere else. If possible, it might help users who aren’t necessarily familiar with database schemas to visualize things like this before they begin using the application. In other words, there needs to be a way to view all related items at once rather than having to click through several pages of results until finding everything that relates to something specific.
