I ordered this posture corrector to relieve pain while doing housework and so far I am happy with it. I have Parkinson's disease and osteoporosis, and back pain and hunched shoulders caused problems when I tried to work for more than a few minutes. I usually need to rest after a few minutes of work and hopefully this posture corrector and lumbar brace I ordered will relieve most of the pain so I can spend more time doing chores and hobbies that I love to do. The Vanrora posture corrector has straps and elastic bands that can be adjusted to fit around the chest and under the arms. I particularly like the shoulder straps, which can be pulled further under the arm or higher over the shoulder for a comfortable fit in that area. My main concern was that I ordered this type of bandage as it would be tight under the armpit, but this one is easily adjustable so you won't have that problem. There are two strong metal strips on the back to keep your back straight. when adjusted for a comfortable fit. Finding the right adjustment can be difficult, but this can be accomplished by tightening two different chest straps and adjusting the shoulder pads and harness to a comfortable position. It's not the best way to deal with my problems, but right now I can't afford a solution that works well.
