The interface makes it very easy, with everything you need at your fingertips (even if I am not an expert in graphic design).

Their customer service team are quick & helpful when needed too - nothing but good things about this software so far :) Nothing as such yet! Would be great though that we could have our own domain/website hosted by them instead of having WordPress hosting which costs more than what they offer us currently :D But other then that there's no problem here right now either. We've used their services only twice since launching last year until recently where some features were missing like events calendar etc., however after talking over via Skype or Whatsapp chat those issues got sorted out pretty quickly without any fuss involved.
